The franchise has been rated a Quality Restoration Vendor by the parent company, ServiceMaster Clean. This requires us to follow certain standards with regards to Integrity, Training, and Customer Service. We are licensed by the State of California to perform general contractor services, and our water and fire technicians are trained in the industry standard (IICRC) best practices. Our franchise has consistently been in the top 100% of all the franchises in the United States. We have a customer service index score of 96%, and pride ourselves on servicing our customers with the best possible service available. We guarantee our work, and if you are not happy we are not happy.

Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Norb Brown had a 20+ year career in all phases of general contracting. Norb is IICRC certified in water and fire, smoke, and trauma clean up and carries the general contracting license issued by the State of California. Norb is a hands’ on owner and oversees each and every department. Prior to joining ServiceMaster in 2001, Vicki spent 20 years as a small bank branch manager, and 6 years as a controller for a medium sized engineering company. Vicki manages all the accounting, oversees the office manager, and generally handles most of the administrative functions of the company.
